Refund policy

At Luma Soap, we take pride in crafting high-quality products and ensuring our customers are satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene items), we do not accept returns on used or opened items for safety and sanitary reasons.

However, we do accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

To initiate a return, please contact us at cslumasoap.pk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund, depending on your preference

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at cslumasoap.pk@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used soaps
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
