  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Orders may be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch
  • Orders will only be processed after successful confirmation

2. Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–4 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout (if applicable)
  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time

4. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (if provided)
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status

6. Delays & Issues

While we aim to deliver within the stated time:

  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or remote locations
  • Luma Soap is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist you in resolving any issues

7. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
  • If an incorrect address is provided, delivery may be delayed or failed

8. Failed Deliveries (COD Orders)

For Cash on Delivery:

  • If a customer refuses to accept the order without valid reason, future orders may be restricted
  • Re-delivery attempts depend on courier policies

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 24–48 hours
  • Share clear photos of the package and product
  • We will arrange a replacement or resolution
